Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable. Once these items leave the warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- vibrators and dildos
- douche/enema kits
- anal toys, beads and plugs
- cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves
- gags and ropes
- lingerie and men's wear
Lubes, massage oils, and condoms are also not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Policy
We strive to provide the best customer service and have an easy returns process. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 90 days from receipt. Please note that returns must include a return authorization number (RAN), contact info@saucypeach.com for your RAN.
- We will issue you an RAN for the approved items.
- Please put your RAN on your return box(es) to expedite the credit process.
- When the return is shipped back to Saucy Peach and processed by our returns department, your credit memo will be sent to you via e-mail.
Please be aware that Saucy Peach is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that all packages are fully insured for your return order in the case it is lost or damaged. We also recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Damaged Products
All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier. If or when possible, make sure the driver notes the damage. We ask that you take pictures of the damages to help document your claim. We also ask that you save the original cartons and packing material for the carrier to inspect, as this is required by all carriers.
Discontinued, Sale or Special Ordered Items
No discontinued, sale or specially ordered items will be eligible for a return credit.
Shortages
All orders that leave the Saucy Peach Warehouse are scanned directly into each box before shipping so we can keep mistakes down to a minimum. However, on occasion, an error may occur. Please double-check all boxes including the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order. If any item is missing, please contact us ASAP so that we can get this resolved for you.
